1. INTRODUCTION Protection of our customer’s personally identifiable information is important to Data Mining Consumer LLC. Our search results are returned via searching the world wide web for information or from databases of statutory or consented records for example current or historic electoral roll, director or other company statutory or insolvency records. Our search engine will search the world web for council notices of planning or other public notices to collect and then subsequently collate information into our search results. Search results we provide for UK telephone, mobile, people and address data results contain both current and historic data. 

 Without information about you, we may not be able to provide you with the services or the support you request or require. Some of the information we obtain is collected to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering laws. you agree to this Privacy Policy, in its entirety, and accept the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to our collection, use, disclosure and retention of your information as described herein (including to contact you), and for all other purposes permitted under the law.

10. OPT OUT AND DEACTIVATION OPTIONS Deactivating your use of our services If you wish to deactivate your account or, you may do so by logging into your account and confirming the cancellation. We may retain archived copies of information about you and any transactions or services in which you may have participated for a period of time that is consistent with applicable law, or as we believe is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal process, to prevent fraud, to collect fees owed, to resolve disputes, to address problems with our services, to assist with investigations, to enforce our Terms and Conditions or other applicable agreements or policies, or to take any other actions consistent with applicable law. Deactivating Location Information If you do not consent to collection of the device location information, you may be unable to use our corresponding services. you can stop our collection of location information at any time by changing the preferences on your mobile device. If you do so, some of our mobile applications will no longer function. you also may stop our collection of location information via mobile application by following the standard uninstall process to remove our mobile applications from your device. Deactivating Cookies Some of the cookies used in the Service are set by us, and others are set by third parties who deliver services on our behalf. Most web and mobile device browsers are set to automatically accept cookies by default. However, you can change your browser settings to prevent automatic acceptance of cookies, or to notify you each time a cookie is set. 11. PRIVACY RIGHTS Data Protection law permits our customers to request all details and information held about them in our system, under a Subject Access Request. A)   a copy of your official government identity document detailing your full data of birth to ensure we are communicating with the true data subject. That document should either be your passport (blanking out the picture) or Birth certificate.

B) Screenshot of a page on our website that contains your personl information - ie that details your full name and address

C) You will need to supply a live email address to enable our administration team to supply you with information requested under the subject access request. We make no charge for this service.

Please be aware we cannot supply you with information obtained via the world wide web nor other data controllers databases. We will supply you all the information we hold upon you (confirmed true data subject) within 28 days to your supplied email address. If you fail to supply all the information required to authenticate the true data subject we will not exchange any communication with you.

Once you have identified your own personal record you will be invited to confirm the exact date of birth for the person (record) if that supplied date of birth matches the record we have, Data Mining Consumer LLC will process a record block within 36 Hours from any live search results on any website Data Mining Consumer LLC owns, leases or controls . To be clear Data Mining Consumer LLC processes personal data collected and derived from many sources and will always seek to respect the true data subject’s instructions in regard to processing their personal data. We make the process of blocking a personal record from being processed deliberately easy, all you have to do is identify the landing page for the record and the unique reference number and click on the record block tool and we will do the rest.

13. AMENDMENTS We reserve the right to modify, alter or otherwise update this Privacy Policy at any time, by posting such changed, updated or modified policy on our Website.
